Brian O’Connor stars as Horace Schemer, the greedy and frequently troublesome owner of the arcade located next to the depot in "Shining Time Station."
Before joining "Shining Time Station," O’Connor works extensively as a stage actor in Canadian theater. He performs with major theater companies including the Stratford Festival and the Shaw Festival, appearing in a variety of classical and contemporary productions.
