Claudette Mink stars as Whitney Lass, a mid 20s former U.S. Snowboarding Champion and founder/publisher of “Transitions,” on tNBC’s new extreme series “Skate” (Saturdays, 11:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. ET/9:30-10:00 a.m. PT).
Mink’s guest-starring TV credits include the series “Doc,” “Andromeda,” “The Chris Isaak Show,” “Freedom,” “First Wave,” “Sliders,” “The Outer Limits,” “Earth: The Final Conflict,” and “Coach.” Her other television credits include such TV movies as “CHiPs ’99,” “Cabin by the Lake,” “Christy,” “Parkland,” “Family of Cops,” as well as the miniseries “Christy.”
Among Mink’s credits are “Monkey Bone,” and the upcoming Miramax thriller “Children of the Corn: Revelation.”
In addition to Mink’s work on television and film, she also starred in such theater productions as “Much Ado About Nothing,” “Crackwalker,” “Wild Honey,” “Winter’s Tale,” the Los Angeles production of “Agency,” and a Canadian tour of “Mind with the Naughty Man,” with two-time Golden Globe Award-winner Mickey Rooney.
Mink recently relocated to Vancouver. She enjoys scuba diving, fine art photography, horsebackriding and gardening. Her birthday is April 4.
